What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between the employer and customers/agents to foster strong business relationships
- Underwrite new business auto applications and endorsements for eligibility
- Process insured and agent requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLA)
- Ensure compliance with daily state filing requirements and document all policy transactions
- Assist in taking agent chats and complete special projects as directed by the supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Property/Casualty underwriting or similar work experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Objective decision-making skills based on experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous insurance experience
- Bilingual capabilities
- P&C Producer License is a plus
- Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in internet, email, and spreadsheets
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
