What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers
- Handle an average of 150 inbound leads per month from motivated real-time car buyers
- Navigate multiple carrier systems to prepare and cross-sell personalized quotes
- Provide expert advice and recommendations, ensuring a high conversion rate on sales
- Foster an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid Property and Casualty insurance license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience selling auto and home insurance in a call center
- Proven experience working in a high-volume call center environment
- Strong computer, IT, and systems experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, and/or other rating tools
- Self-initiative to continuously follow up with warm leads to drive deals to completion
- Persuasive and confident in closing sales in a fast-paced setting
