What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts receivable for Ambulatory Surgical Centers, including collection efforts on Insurance Accounts
- Follow up on denials and submit appeals in a timely manner
- Interact with insurance representatives to resolve issues
- Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of managed care contracts and the insurance collection process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 40Mbps internet download speed to effectively run systems
- Experience in healthcare insurance collecting and knowledge of the medical billing process
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work cooperatively with co-employees, management, patients, and outside contacts
- Demonstrated experience with writing appeals and following up on them

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with non-participating providers
- Familiarity with Windows-driven software and computers
- Problem-solving skills related to accounts receivable tasks
