What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts receivable for Ambulatory Surgical Centers
- Follow up on insurance denials and appeals in a timely manner
- Write and initiate appeals, as well as conduct follow-up on submitted appeals
- Interact with insurance representatives to resolve issues
- Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare insurance collections
- Knowledge of medical billing, insurance guidelines, and the appeals process
- Proficiency in Windows-driven software and computers
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Must have a minimum of 40Mbps internet download speed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with managed care contracts, including fee schedules and allowables
- Familiarity with working with non-participating providers
- Strong problem-solving skills related to insurance collection tasks
- Cooperative work attitude and ability to promote a positive company image
