      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage accounts receivable for Ambulatory Surgical Centers
      - Conduct timely follow-ups on insurance denials and appeals
      - Write and initiate appeals while maintaining communication with insurance representatives
      - Utilize knowledge of managed care contracts and the insurance collection process
      - Solve problems related to accounts receivable tasks effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare insurance collecting
      - Strong understanding of medical billing, insurance guidelines, and appeals processes
      - Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
      - Proficient in using computers and Windows-driven software
      - Must have a minimum of 40Mbps internet download speed to effectively run employer systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with non-participating providers
      - Knowledge of managed care contracts, including fee schedules and allowables
      - Cooperative work attitude towards colleagues and external contacts
