What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts receivable for Ambulatory Surgical Centers and follow up on denials in a timely manner
- Write and initiate appeals, and conduct follow-ups on those appeals
- Interact effectively with insurance representatives to resolve issues
- Apply knowledge of managed care contracts and the insurance collection process
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges associated with tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- Experience in healthcare insurance collecting and knowledge of medical billing and appeals process
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer and Windows-driven software
- Must have a minimum internet download speed of 40Mbps to effectively run systems

- Demonstrated experience working with non-participating providers
- Cooperative work attitude towards colleagues, management, and patients
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
