What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts receivable for Ambulatory Surgical Centers
- Submit appeals and research denials from Insurance Carriers
- Follow up on denials in a timely manner
- Write and initiate appeals while following up on their status
- Interact with insurance representatives as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- Knowledge of medical billing, insurance guidelines, and the appeals process
- Healthcare insurance collecting experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Must have a minimum of 40Mbps internet download speed to effectively run company systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience with managed care contracts and non-participating providers
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to promote a favorable company image with patients, insurance companies, and the general public
