What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts receivable for Ambulatory Surgical Centers, focusing on collection efforts
- Follow up on denied claims and submit appeals in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with insurance representatives to resolve issues
- Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills while handling multiple accounts
- Understand and navigate the insurance collection process and managed care contracts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- Experience in healthcare insurance collecting and knowledge of medical billing
- Proficient in the appeals process and writing appeals
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Must have a minimum internet download speed of 40 Mbps to effectively use SIS Systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with non-participating providers
- Familiarity with managed care contracts, including fee schedules and allowables
- Excellent problem-solving skills related to insurance tasks
