What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work assigned accounts receivable for Ambulatory Surgical Centers
- Timely follow-up on denials and appeals with Insurance Carriers
- Write and initiate appeals, as well as follow-up on appeals
- Interact with insurance representatives in a professional manner
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of medical billing, insurance guidelines, and appeals process
- Experience in healthcare insurance collecting
- Familiarity with managed care contracts and fee schedules
- Ability to work with non-participating providers
- Clear understanding of the insurance collection process

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with working remotely or in a hybrid environment
- Familiarity with SIS Systems or similar Windows-driven software
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Cooperative work attitude and ability to promote a favorable company image
