      Green Bay Shopko Optical Corporate Office- Onsite role

      POSITION SUMMARY:

      Manage invoicing of insurance premiums and reconciliation processes of the Fielmann Vision Care program. Record expenses, including insurance claims, and coordinate payments. Support the Member Services team in assisting policyholders and employer groups.


      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      MANAGE PREMIUM INVOICING AND RECEIPTS

      • Create invoices in NetSuite general ledger system for premiums due from employer groups

      • Ensure premiums received are correctly applied to employer groups in NetSuite

      • Reconcile outstanding premium balances

      RECORD DISBURSEMENTS

      • Record bills, commissions, and claim reimbursements in NetSuite

      • Coordinate payment of bills by treasury department

      MEMBER SERVICES

      • Assist Member Services to meet the needs of policyholders and employer groups

      MONTH END REPORTING

      • Prepare journal entries as needed

      • Prepare ad hoc reporting as needed

      MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

      • Associate degree in accounting or related field or equivalent accounting experience

      • 1+ years of accounting or insurance finance experience required

      • Able to work cross-functionally with excellent attention to detail and follow through

      • Solid interpersonal relationship skills

      • Strong analytical and conceptual skills

      • Strong oral and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

      • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment

      • Solid organizational and planning skills

      • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs

      • Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & WORK REQUIREMENTS

      • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization through written and two-way verbal communication

      • Able to read and write at a high school graduate level

      • Able to lift 10 to 20 pounds

      • Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time

      • Able to operate various office equipment (e.g., personal computer, telephone, fax machine, copier, etc.)

      • Able to work normal and/or extended (evenings, nights and weekends) office hours to meet established deadlines

      • Able to travel independently to support Company objectives and personal development
