What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the elicitation and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for software implementation projects
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants to ensure design and testing align with requirements
- Analyze business requirements to identify potential product gaps and impacts to processes
- Assist with pre-sales engagements and provide subject matter expertise to the account management team
- Identify and escalate potential scope creep or out-of-scope work to the Project Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a Business-related field
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation delivery as a Functional Consultant
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation delivery as a Senior Functional Consultant
- 10+ years of experience in software implementation delivery as a Principal Functional Consultant
- Previous experience in system replacement and/or integration as a functional consultant or business analyst
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry
