What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the administration of general liability, workers' compensation, and auto liability claims
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external adjusters to exchange claims-related information
- Monitor claims progress and maintain accurate records in the claims management system
- Ensure timely reporting of claims to insurance carriers and assist attorneys with gathering documents for subpoenas or litigation
- Track and analyze claims data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field preferred, or certifications such as Associate in Claims (AIC)
- 3+ years of experience in insurance claims administration or claims support
- Familiarity with general liability, workers' compensation, and auto liability claims
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with claims management systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a corporate risk management or legal department
- Knowledge of insurance policy terms and claims processes
- Experience responding to subpoenas or working in a legal support role
