What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate contractual provisions and rates with third-party Insurance Payors on behalf of the employer
- Evaluate and analyze contract proposals, review contract language, and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Monitor current contracts for appropriate rate structure, terms, and annual renewals
- Identify new contracting opportunities to enhance the employer's contract portfolio
- Coordinate implementation of Payor arrangements and provide ongoing education and support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of managed care organizations and integrated health systems
- Previous experience in contracting, provider relations, or provider reimbursement
- Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare contract negotiation and management
- Familiarity with legal, business, and insurance operations principles
