Job Description

- Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers.
- Answer questions related to coverages, billing, and policy history.
- Use a proactive approach to identify and assess customers' needs and offer our services to ensure each customer is placed best for their needs. You will create opportunities for our in-house consultants to upsell, x-sale, re-shop and rewrite policies.
- Resolve customer issues, process payments, answer questions, process endorsements.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the software, products and processes used by the organization.
- Maintain high call quality (QA) score, process adherence, and productivity metrics.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Resident state P&C license required
- Strong attention to detail/accuracy when collecting and entering data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market in a multi-insurance carrier/ rater environment preferred.
- Experience working in a high volume and fast paced call center environment.
- Ability to multi-task using multiple screens, navigating several carrier platforms and systems simultaneously.
- Strong reliable internet connection.
- Proactive in one's own development; welcomes coaching as an opportunity to improve.
- High energy and enjoys working in a combined team/goal orientated environment.
- Experience with named non owner polices, understanding SR-22, and FR-44 state fillings is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), highly desired

- Starting salary range is $41,600.00-$43,680.00, DOE + monthly incentive, target of $500 per month + 401(k) + benefits.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist our customers that we have placed with one of our partnered insurance companies. In this unique full-time opportunity, our Customer Service Representatives work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment where performance is rewarded.
