What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide service via inbound contact center/telephones, responding to complex customer inquiries
- Research customer inquiries and communicate with appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Perform account updates and maintain accurate account history documentation
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with service level agreements
- Assist in managing service recovery activities and support escalation processes as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience in financial/investment/insurance or banking with FINRA certification
- Experience with organizational functions and personnel
- Proficiency in using help desk software and telephone technology
- FINRA 6 or 7 minimum Certification required at hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong business and analytical problem-solving skills
- Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience
- Ability to work independently and follow directions effectively
