What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide service via inbound contact center and respond to complex customer inquiries
- Perform account updates and maintain accurate account history documentation
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with service level agreements
- Support escalation and resource calls, researching and resolving customer service issues
- Assist in the training and mentoring of less experienced staff in the customer service area
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of two years of customer service or telephone experience, including financial/investment/insurance or banking
- Experience with help desk software and telephone technology
- FINRA 6 or 7 certification required at hire
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience
- Strong business and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
