What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage attorney calendars, scheduling depositions and hearings
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and standardized letters
- File and serve legal documents electronically or in hard copy in compliance with civil and local rules
- Assist with client billing and invoice payment processes
- Ensure all court procedures and deadlines are adhered to while maintaining attention to detail

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in litigation
- Working knowledge of Florida court procedures, e-service, and e-filing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a goal-oriented mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in personal injury law
- Familiarity with client billing processes and invoice management
- Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment
