      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review patient accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment per protocol
      - Resolve patient billing complaints and inquiries, initiating adjustments as necessary
      - Respond to insurance companies' requests for information in a prompt and professional manner
      - Review EOBs to ensure proper reimbursement of claims and report any issues to the supervisor
      - Prepare write-off requests with appropriate documentation for supervisor submission

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Minimum of two years' experience in a medical business office setting, preferably in insurance collections and follow-ups
      - Ability to handle sensitive financial matters professionally
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing accounts
      - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding patient account status

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with EOBs and understanding of fee schedules
      - Previous work in a role focused on resolving unpaid patient accounts
