      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review patient accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment per protocol
      - Address patient billing complaints and inquiries, initiating necessary adjustments
      - Respond to insurance companies' requests for information promptly and professionally
      - Interpret fee schedules to ensure proper payments and prepare write-off requests with appropriate documentation
      - Maintain confidentiality regarding patient account status and the financial affairs of the clinic

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Minimum of two years' experience in a medical business office setting, preferably in insurance collections and follow-ups
      - Ability to deal professionally with patients and insurance companies regarding sensitive financial matters
      - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in account reviews and follow-ups
      - Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and insurance representatives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related field, particularly focusing on insurance follow-ups
      - Knowledge of EOBs and reimbursement processes
