      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make phone calls to insurance companies to check claim status, reprocess claims, and file appeals
      - Complete daily tasks and manage a workload efficiently
      - Review and work with aging reports to track outstanding claims
      - Identify and report trends in denials from insurance companies
      - Provide information regarding claims to insurance companies, attorneys, and other authorized parties while adhering to HIPAA guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have knowledge of CMS1500, COB, PHI, and other medical terminology
      - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff
      - Excellent organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking abilities
      - Detail-oriented with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare or insurance claims management
      - Familiarity with navigating insurance websites for eligibility verification and claim status checks
      - Prior experience in a role that requires compliance with HIPAA guidelines
