      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, prepare, and interpret statistical analyses of sales, claims experience, or other key business metrics to support strategic decisions
      - Present analyses and proposals to various stakeholder groups to help solve mid to high-level business problems
      - Employ statistical techniques to model underwriting and pricing practices
      - Collaborate with peers and management, and work closely with partners in other business areas
      - Inform critical business decisions through data analysis and communication across departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, or a relevant quantitative field, or a degree in any field with prior experience
      - Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
      - Highly effective communication skills
      - Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
      - Basic to intermediate proficiency with data analysis software such as R, SAS, Python, or Power BI

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in auto insurance, specifically in Commercial Auto
      - Ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities and provide accurate and timely results
      - Intellectual curiosity and the ability to ask insightful questions
      - Experience working in a constantly changing team environment
      - Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
