Identify and craft the strategy for Delivery platforms, developing designs for insurance products’ detailed delivery through multiple channels (branch agents, call center agents, independent agents).
Continuously understand end-user preferences and the competitive marketplace to develop relevant product features and delivery methods. Streamline processes, implement advanced technologies, and improve risk assessment methodologies.
Assess and implement cutting-edge software and tools, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
Continuously craft and improve existing CSAA IG experiences, focusing on both traditional performance measures and user feedback.
Ensure the team has robust reporting and analytical capabilities for effective performance monitoring and organizational transparency.
Drive the execution of our product strategy and implementation with minimal mentorship.
Provide consulting and recommendations to leaders for future products.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners
and support teams to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Assist leaders with Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBA) and foster collaboration with Finance for accurate projections and informed decision-making.
Support Value Stream Leads and the Product Design & Delivery Advisory Board by crafting and submitting high-quality, timely business roadmaps.
Leverage advanced data science and an upgraded tech stack to modernize our platforms.
Develop, modify, and execute policies and procedures. Make final decisions on administrative, strategic, or operational matters to achieve objectives.
Anticipate issues, develop preventative measures, and identify additional information needed to understand the impact of alternatives. Adapt projects and designs based on customer or business partner feedback.
Develop and lead controls to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations, holding responsible stakeholders accountable.
Deliver consistent experiences to drive profitable results from underwriting and expense management, regardless of the underwriting cycle.
Proactively monitor purchasing data and communicate trends to internal stakeholders for timely decision-making.
Collaborate across functional disciplines and departments, communicating effectively to all leadership levels. Key interactions include State Product Managers, Actuarial, Risk Management, AAA Partner Clubs, Strategy, Marketing,
Distribution, Policyholder Service and Solutions, Business Architecture, and IT.
Communicate progress, challenges, and results of initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.
Lead effectively in a dynamic, matrixed, cross-functional environment. Identify and escalate matters of business risk.
Bachelor's degree in related area (Marketing, business, or a related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of increasingly responsible product leadership experience in the P&C industry with demonstrated success in delivering new products and/or features from concept to launch.
Strong knowledge of personal lines product and project management, customer experience, financial drivers of product profitability/pricing, distribution, rating/underwriting, forms, rules, coverages, the P&C industry, competitors, legislative and DOI regulations, and strategic planning.
Exhibit strong understanding of core insurance business processes and the purpose of Product Delivery
Understanding of business & technology systems and processes and how they link together.
Deepens technical knowledge within own specialized area through exposure and continuous learning
Excellent Financial analysis and reporting skills
Excellent ability and skills to co-lead cross functional teams
Advance degree in related field
CPCU and/or Actuarial exams

Your Role:
Leads the design and modernization of Product Delivery platforms across multiple distribution channels, collaborating closely with the design team and stakeholders in Technology, Product, Marketing, and Partner AAA Clubs. You will lead initiatives to simplify business processes for agents and customers, ensuring solutions meet end-user needs and preferences. The national average salary range for this position is $136,000 -$152,000. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $123,000-$182,000. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.
