What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the risk management team to review and recommend appropriate risk solutions for property and casualty insurance programs
- Assist in the resolution of insurance claims, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with business partners
- Provide subject matter expertise on insurance coverage to various departments, including Sourcing and Enterprise Worksite Solutions
- Communicate risk insights to stakeholders, ensuring actionable information is delivered effectively
- Administer renewals of assigned coverage lines within the company's insurance program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- 4+ years of work experience in commercial lines insurance programs, particularly in the Financial Institutions market segment
- Commitment to ongoing education in property and liability insurance, aiming for professional designations such as CPCU or ARM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and RMIS systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of work experience in commercial lines insurance programs for consideration at the Sr. Specialist level
- Knowledge of internal business operations and corporate functions
- Experience in risk management education and training
