Description

You'll be responsible for responding to customers' final expense inquiries/qualifications in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana & Michigan. Responsibilities
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
Qualifications
• Laptop, iPad, or Desktop computer with reliable internet access
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentAbout the company
