      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively offer AAA products and services to generate new sales to prospective and current members
      - Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products and assess risk using provided tools and guidelines
      - Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment
      - Enhance member satisfaction and loyalty through a positive sales experience
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls to solicit new insurance sales and cross-sell/up-sell to members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; ability to acquire active and unrestricted state-issued licenses within thirty (30) calendar days of hire
      - Excellent multitasking and computer skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication
      - A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distractions
      - Ability to connect directly to ISP via Ethernet with specified internet speed requirements
      - Schedule flexibility to accommodate shifts within operating hours, including weekends and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in insurance
      - Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
      - Experience with CRM systems or sales tracking software
