What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act in a timely and responsible manner to protect the interests of investors regarding serviced mortgages
- Manage all insurance-related matters within the parameters of investor guidelines and applicable laws
- Monitor compliance of insurance for commercial properties held as collateral for various lenders and investors
- Conduct insurance analysis, premium disbursements from escrow, and risk assessments
- Communicate with servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents, and internal departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and articulate complex risks
- Self-management skills to handle a wide variety of tasks
- Relevant industry experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate
- Strong communication skills for correspondence with various stakeholders
- Ability to navigate compliance and regulatory requirements effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in mortgage servicing or insurance compliance
- Familiarity with Pooling and Servicing Agreements
- Background in risk assessment or appraisal review
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
