      - Process insurance eligibility and secure full benefit coverage information with insurance companies
      - Identify payment sources for accurate primary and secondary payer coverage and required authorizations
      - Obtain necessary referrals, authorizations, and pre-certifications from healthcare providers
      - Educate patients on their benefits and communicate financial expectations prior to services rendered
      - Maintain compliance with government regulations such as EMTALA and HIPAA

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of related experience in billing, insurance, or registration
      - 1-3 years of healthcare experience
      - Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality
      - Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in finance, business, or healthcare
