      We are looking for an Insurance Broker to join our team!

      This is a remote full-time life and health insurance role for an Insurance agent at The Carlson Financial Group. As an Insurance Agent, you will work to meet the insurance needs of clients by selling insurance policies, providing insurance advice, and assisting with insurance claims. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, managing policies, and staying current on insurance industry trends and regulations. This is a 1099, commission + bonuses position.

      Qualifications
      • You must be able to obtain a life and health insurance license (we do help with this process if you are not licensed)
      • Must be 18 years or older with a minimum of a high school diploma (insurance licensing requirement)
      • Legal resident of the US (insurance licensing requirement)
      • Customer Service skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
      • Attention to detail and organization skills
      • Ability to work independently and remotely
      • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
