      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct pre/post-sale insurance business reviews of independent licensed insurance agents
      - Initiate and provide reporting for client and agent file reviews in adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
      - Prepare reports identifying statistics, trends, and training opportunities for agents
      - Provide corrective coaching and training to agents for compliance with policies and regulations
      - Perform periodic field branch audits to ensure adherence to business and regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry with supervisory/compliance experience
      - Life Insurance License
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in MS Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary education in finance or business
      - Knowledge of employer processes and procedures
      - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
      - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in French, English, or Punjabi
