What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and medical insurance inquiries
- Resolve customer questions and issues following established guidelines and procedures
- Verify patient eligibility and coverage for services via online resources or phone
- Assist with the prior authorization process for medications
- Document interactions and maintain records of customer contacts and actions taken

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience providing customer service in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, or call center environments
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
- Good interpersonal skills with a diplomatic and confidential approach

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in providing customer service related to adherence and complex disease states
- Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing resolutions
- Intermediate PC skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Suite
