What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage insurance verification and authorization processes for patients
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and Non-Medicare Home Health payer requirements
- Maintain knowledge of Federal, State, and accreditation regulations governing home care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate billing activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families during the authorization process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Able to work any shift between 7 am and 7 pm, including occasional weekends
- At least 1 year of previous experience in insurance verification/authorization or billing
- Working knowledge of billing activities and payer requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
