What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify life and health insurance applications directly with potential customers
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to gather necessary information for underwriting assessment
- Document information accurately in the Quality Assurance database
- Maintain communication with supervision regarding actions taken within the database
- Meet departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills, including being friendly and efficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, including Outlook, Teams, and Word
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and/or Spanish
- Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling
- Desire to learn and grow within the company
