- Maintain communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Outgoing and hardworking individuals who are self-starters
- Detail-oriented with a positive and helpful attitude towards customers
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in insurance verification or related fields
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes and databases
- Ability to meet and exceed departmental key performance indicators (K.P.I's)
