- Experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
- Must possess a positive and helpful attitude towards customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in insurance or underwriting processes
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance databases or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to meet key performance indicators (K.P.I's)
- Experience in a role requiring customer verification or information gathering
