      Experience & Requirements

      • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
      • High school graduate or equivalent
      • Active "hands on" BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
      • One (1) year experience in a health care environment.
      • Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirements.

      A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

      Responsibilities

      Below is a list of your responsibilities as an Intake Coordinator with YesCare at our facilities on State Road, Philadelphia, PA:

      • Manages daily processes related to the collection and documentation of patient appointment refusals
      • Conducts hourly rounds of intake area to monitor patient flow in services areas and report barriers to site leaders and custody staff.
      • Assists in collecting and managing data related to access to care initiatives as assigned
      • Ensures appropriate security measures are followed as outlined by the facility and necessary data is tracked.
