Job Summary:
Under supervision, accepts referrals for patients who have orders from their physician and require care and services of the CNE Home Health/Hospice.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (License Practical Nurse).
Three(3) years of job related experience or equivalent required. At least one (1) year in Home Health/Hospice experience preferred.
Valid LPN licensure in the state of Rhode Island required.
