      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accept referrals and ensure proper assessment based on priority, criteria, demographic information, service level, and staffing availability
      - Assign referrals and recommend internal case transfers, considering staff availability and caseloads
      - Maintain accurate intake and reporting logs, tracking information related to abuse and neglect
      - Communicate with care provider programs on referral acceptances and schedule interviews as needed
      - Conduct data entry of referral acceptances and maintain electronic case files for accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
      - One year experience working with children and youth, case management, or child welfare services
      - Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
      - Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or a relevant field
      - A minimum of 3 years' experience in childcare or residential care for adolescents
