What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place outbound calls to patients and schedule appointments across multiple locations
- Navigate the NextGen system to determine appropriate locations, clinicians, and appointment types
- Document and confirm requested appointments professionally
- Provide excellent customer service and triage general inquiry calls
- Adhere to a work schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM CT

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to follow the designated work schedule
- Successful completion of a skills assessment administered by the employer

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically NextGen
- Understanding of DME and orthotic products
