What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place outbound calls to patients to schedule various appointment types across multiple locations
- Navigate in NextGen to determine the most appropriate location, clinician, and appointment type for patients
- Communicate professionally with patients over the phone and document appointment requests
- Provide excellent customer service and triage general inquiry calls as needed
- Adhere to a work schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM CT

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to follow the designated work schedule
- Completion of a skills assessment as part of the selection process

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly NextGen
- Understanding of DME/Orthotic products and services
