What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place outbound calls to patients and schedule appointments for multiple locations
- Navigate in NextGen to determine the most appropriate location, clinician, and appointment type for patients
- Document and confirm requested appointments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and triage general inquiry calls
- Communicate professionally with patients over the phone

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to follow the work schedule of 8 AM CT to 5 PM CT
- Completion of a skills assessment as part of the selection process

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically NextGen
- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) and orthotics
- Working knowledge of coding, billing, and reimbursement protocols
