      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct initial client intake interviews over the phone or in-person to gather necessary information

      - Collaborate with attorneys to schedule appointments and maintain calendars efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - US Work Authorization
      - Fluency in Hindi or Gujarati
