What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate a seamless enrollment process for prospective clients into the PAS program
- Serve as the initial point-of-contact for calls from clients, caregivers, or pending enrollees
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive experience for potential patients/caregivers
- Maintain open caseloads and ensure regular communication with health plans regarding patient benefits and authorizations
- Manage data input, scheduling, document uploads, and initiate enrollment confirmation or rejection communications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
- Proven exceptional customer service and case management skills
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to patient homes in the Pittsburgh area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and ability to leverage technology for problem-solving

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience with Salesforce
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
