What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure a seamless and effective enrollment process for prospective clients into the program
- Serve as the initial point of contact for calls from clients, caregivers, or pending enrollees
- Manage a high open caseload until the enrollment process is complete
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with Case Management agencies
- Navigate multiple systems to determine eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency with strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology
- High attention to detail and metrics-driven approach
- Ability to handle client interactions with poise and patience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience in the healthcare or startup industry
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
