What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate and assist patients and caregivers with the application and enrollment process to achieve active care status within 60 days
- Provide necessary documentation to ensure services are authorized promptly with Nevada Medicaid and patient insurance
- Collaborate with medical providers to ensure compliance for potential patients and caregivers
- Deliver high-level customer service through one-call resolution, reflecting the company's values
- Manage a high caseload while consistently meeting monthly performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to commute into the Las Vegas, NV office three times a week
- Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively over the phone
- Proficiency in computer skills with strong typing abilities
- High attention to detail, metrics-driven, and excellent time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience with Salesforce
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
