What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in determining program eligibility for participants enrolling with the employer's American Job Center of California (AJCC)
- Coordinate presentations and enrollment of participants with mandatory partners and cross-functional teams
- Provide initial assessments of participants to identify abilities, interests, needs, and barriers
- Maintain accurate client documentation and case notes in CalJobs and JobsLA
- Facilitate warm hand-offs to Career Services Specialists and Employment Service Specialists

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce development or education programs
- Associate's degree and 2 years of related experience in data management and WIOA eligibility, or 4 years of related experience
- Knowledge of CalJobs/JobsLA and quality control processes
- Ability to handle confidential information and demonstrate punctual and dependable attendance
- Basic computer skills in project management software and word processing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in non-profit or post-secondary institution programs
- Familiarity with the public workforce and/or education system
- Bi-lingual fluency (e.g., English/ASL, English/Spanish) and cultural understanding
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Experience collaborating with community agencies, businesses, and policy leaders
