      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research and review corporate business structures of potential clients and adversaries
      - Analyze and interpret complex conflicts search results as part of the conflict analysis process
      - Perform new client and anti-money laundering due diligence
      - Generate conflict reports and follow up on outstanding conflict requests
      - Communicate with partners, staff, management, and Professional Responsibility Counsel to assist in processing new business requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in conflicts or new business intake department, or 3 years in a compliance, legal, regulatory, financial, or corporate environment
      - Proven experience in writing and communicating effectively in a business environment
      - Ability to manage competing demands and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
      - Meticulous attention to detail with a proven ability to prioritize and multitask

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
      - Experience working in a law firm environment
      - Familiarity with intake and conflicts software
      - Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate different conflicts scenarios
