      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure a seamless and effective enrollment process for prospective clients into the program
      - Act as the initial point-of-contact for calls from prospective clients, caregivers, or pending enrollees
      - Manage an open caseload until the enrollment process is complete
      - Meet monthly quotas for new enrollees
      - Perform data input, scheduling, and document uploading related to member enrollment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven exceptional customer service skills and sales-like attributes
      - Motivation to exceed open case targets and metrics
      - Ability to maintain poise and patience when interacting with clients
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient in computer and phone usage

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
      - Experience in a healthcare-related field
      - Previous experience in customer service or sales
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
      - Familiarity with enrollment processes or client management systems
