What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate and assist patients and caregivers with the application and enrollment process to achieve active care status within 60 days
- Ensure necessary documentation is provided to Medicaid and insurance for efficient service authorization
- Collaborate with medical providers to ensure compliance with documentation for potential patients and caregivers
- Deliver high-level customer service with a focus on one-call resolution and compassionate care
- Manage a high open caseload and consistently meet monthly performance metrics for starting patients on care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to commute into the office in Las Vegas, NV, three times a week
- Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to resolve issues over the telephone
- Strong computer proficiency and typing skills to identify and solve customer issues
- High attention to detail, metrics-driven approach, and excellent time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience with Salesforce
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
