What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Remain actively logged into on-call telephone queues to fulfill duties
- Use customer service skills to assess client needs and determine appropriate EAP services
- Screen for safety issues and connect clients to on-call counselors when necessary
- Complete EAP Intake Forms in the EAP Expert database system
- Serve as a primary connector between clients and affiliate providers or EAP staff professionals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent IT applications and database skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
