What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives
- Ensure integration of major projects and program schedules across various functional groups, including finance, engineering, and manufacturing
- Monitor program schedule performance, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
- Utilize project management techniques such as Gantt charts and earned value management to track progress and identify variances
- Update and prepare reports for stakeholders regarding the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of planning/scheduling experience or equivalent education/experience
- Experience in building compliant Integrated Master Schedules using WBS, RAM, and SOW
- Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Open Plan and Microsoft Project)
- Experience in presenting data and multi-faceted matters to stakeholders outside of the Master Planning & Scheduling team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7-10 years of experience as an Integrated Master Scheduler with knowledge of government contracts and Earned Value Methodologies
- Active VA Public Trust clearance
- Demonstrated interest in modern technologies, including data analysis, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing
- Prior successful experience working in a remote environment
